I don't like the upper of the new Mercurials... It looks like cheap vinyl was used & pulled onto the upper like saran wrap. The material even looks kinda baggy...

Arsenals kits are not that bad man. Some minor tweaks with the white piping down the side and half piping on the sleeves would make the kit damn near perfect. They all wear long sleevs tho right? So we won't even see the half piping on the sleeves. Those hooped socks will look great tho.

The captain chooses before the game whether they all will wear short or long sleeves.

I haven't seen the MVX up close yet or held them in my hand so I have no opinion so far. I'm trying to buy a pair of IX's cause I'm still not used to the soleplate and stud configuration of my Hypervenoms.

I actually liked the Partouche sponsor logo on the Lille kits, I'm gonna miss them. Nike still hasn't made a standout for Les Dogues, Umbro had the better kits.

Thanks again for the feedback Thierry Henry , I ended up getting the freberry Mercurial Vapor Veloces for $42 shipped for my son. He'll wear those for practice & technical training. I have the purple/volt veloces coming today. Got them on clearence at Swoosh. My son wanted those to wear for his games. He likes them because his favorite player Ibra wore them...

Definitely gonna have to pick a Juve shirt up this year. It's ticking me off Nike's losing so many great clubs. Who could they pick up to replace who they've lost lately (United, Arsenal, Juve, etc)?? Liverpool's Warrior deal comes up in a few years. Maybe crack another shot at DFB (Germany) in 2018?
