I wear a size 10 in mens, but see a colorway i like in womens. should i get a size 12 or a size 11 since they only come in full sizes?

I read in this thread that it was suggested to go 2 full sizes down from womens.. so womens 12 if youre a 10 in mens. Hope that makes sense
