I'd say come up with a solid investment for that 5 thousand and then make your move. If you don't have something that you know for a fact you can makemoney off of for that then keep the site and concentrate on ad revenue and try to find someone who can put in the time and work you haven't been able tofor a fraction of the ad revenue.

Hire someone (maybe even a NTer) for writing purposes. Have them send in articles and pay them to do what you don't always have time to do?

Hire someone to update it and make the site look a little better but I'm pretty sure it will take a while cause ur missing a lot of stuff. I remembervisiting that site a while back wondering when the %@%+ it was gonna get updated lol
