This is what I had. I had it set up as a wiki so ANYONE could edit and contribute just like Wikipedia. However, it seemed that more spammers would contributethan valuable so now it is only editing by approved members.

I'd bargain for more than 5 G's, but if youre not into keeping it up, take the money and run. if you get time later, start another site later and focuson making it great
