it only happens to me when i fall asleep on long car trips...

now immediately recognize whats going on and just count to 10 take a deep breath and wake up...

Happened too me before.. I was dreaming that I was fighting someone and I couldn't punch him.. felt like i was punching underwater.

I woke up all hot and %%%!... it's pretty crazy lol

I've had those kind of dreams too RAWse lol. I used to wake up not being able to move but just try to calm down and fall asleep.

i used to experience this when i was little but i never knew about sleep paralysis until one of my friends had it a couple months ago. He was really scared. (not overweight, so i think we can scratch that one out.)
I had one last night were i though something was staring at me from the corner of my bed. I tried to talk so bad trying to say dad i finally said it but it happened as i woke up. I realized i just had sleep paralysis

and went back to sleep. I have to admit I was a lil scared though.
