When you are that low, you could have some rubbing and if there isn't enough space between the fenders and the tires, you will get shreds of rubber next to your fenders. It's a common thing.

It's drivable because there is still ground contact with the wheels/tires.

^sucks what people have to go thru. Not to mention having to LOOK for a shop that stretches tires.
Y no hybrib pan or an upgrade?

Laziness @ the time

I did put a skid plate there, though. $200 every time the oil pan broke was not a good look.
