Windu crushed his voice box in the micro series.

Was Yoda the last of his species? I read on Wookipedia about his race, but there wasn't really anything in much detail if there were other characters in the universe that were the same race as Yoda.

Side note, it would be neat if one of the stand alone films was about Yoda. 900 years is a lot of storytelling.

His species never is noted in any of Star Wars lore if I recall correctly.

The only other time I saw his species was in one of the KOTOR games. And again he was head of the Jedi council.

I watched a review stating that the hilt is actually plastic and not metal truth? Cuz if it is then I'll just drop the extra cash on the anakin blade from years ago that has the removable blade.

everything is metal, except for the part circled in red. That piece is plastic painted to look like metal.

Adam Driver is an amazing actor. They'll keep him around imo.
Unlike Darth Maul getting killed after one film...the actor that portrayed him was mostly doing martial arts and non speaking roles before 1999.
