workout last night consisted of...
15 minutes on elliptical and 10 minutes on stair master ( death

Can anyone recommend a solid workout plan? I'm looking to cut massive weight. I'm currently at 265 (6'0") when I used to be 175 sheesh.

Check out Starting Strength by Mark Rippetoe. I'm not sure how well it would work for you as you're trying to cut, but I've used it and gotten much stronger and many other people have as well.

If you're looking for a cardio plan, look into HIIT. Saves time and gives you an intense workout.

I was just thinking about this. Weighing the pros and cons of new people showing up at the gym, Im thinking Ill take it. Just gotta keep showing up early in the day before the dumbbells are strewn across the floor and the plates are rearranged in the most illogical ways possible
 
My gym is switching to 24/7 starting January 2nd.

I wonder how many times I/people are actually going to go in the wee hours of the morning.

Luckily most of the people were there for cardio and I was just hooping and lifting

When I go after work, I go to the one on Montgomery and Sutter. Or sometimes the one in Daly City.

Treadmills got flatscreens on them, touch screen bikes new stair masters
And a whole bunch of new resistance machines

I have recently switched up my routine and definitely love it. Although I would like opinions on my exercises, if I should add an extra one or so.

Chest:

BB Flat/Incline
DB Flat/Incline
4 variation of pushups : Standard/Military/Fly/Diamond
End with cable flies

Biceps:

BB curl
EzBar curl
Alternating curl
Hammer curls
End with 21 DB curl

Back:

Deadlift
Wide grip Pull-ups
Bent over BB
Upright rows
Shrugs
single arm rows
lat pull downs

Shoulder:

Standing Military Press BB & DB

Legs:
Squats
SLDL
Leg Press
Calf raises
