no xplode is the best IMO. or at least it gives me the best results. pwos affect everyone differently though.

every other time I buy a pwo I try something new. tried jack3d, C4, purple wrath, and a couple others but always end up back at no xplode. jack3d was the best of all the others though.

It messed with my stomach too much, I couldn't take it. Assault for life now.
 
Craze by Driven Sports has been the best I have used so far. The energy it gives you is awesome! Posted about it a couple pages back.
 
i dont take any pwo's now, but like a year and a half ago i was taking jack3d....good lawd!! I felt like superman lol. i mean it made me feel like a pure tank. it gave me so much energy, so much ruthless power. and that coupled with my own incredible essence...man it had me like a fully loaded combustible engine. it was great.











i quit soon as i heard to could cause hair loss and some acne. it was great, but those sides are deal breakers lol
 
One workout wont make you lose weight, neither will one bad meal. S'all good, were meant to enjoy the luxuries in life such as cheesecake. Just, limit it. :lol

Had 3 cheat days cause finals were draining my body. Back in the gym today though. :hat

It's a whole cheesecake though... And I'll probably eat it all smh.
 
Just got done with legs. FEELS GREAT!!!

Leg extensions: 4x20 @ 110lb

Prone leg curl: 3x20 @90lb

Standing calf raises: 3x20 @140lb

Barbell squat: 2x20 @ 45lb(warm-up), 3x20 @ 135lb, 2x12 @185, 2x10 @ 205lb

Barbell Lunges: 3x12 @ 115lb

Leg press: 3x15 @ 360lb

Seated calf raises: 3x15 @140 lb

Then had a solid meal

It's a good motivator though I guess. If I'm sitting around my house all day being lazy then I'll miss my goal. If I'm active then I'll hit it.

My roommate seems to use it for that. Says if it's the end of the night and he's off his goal by quite a bit, he'll go for a jog or if he's missing his goal only by a little, he'll shoot hoops on our little nerf hoop inside the house. :lol


I want a full blown HRM. I guess that's what the bodybugg is?...I get really particular in counting calores and if I knew how much energy I burn working out, it would help me out a lot. It's all for piece of mind, really.

I went from like 315 to 275 can't even imagine once I get to sub 200. Crazy how I got bigger while losing weight and belly. The human body is amazing. I say to people now if you are unhappy with your body do something about it. Body building is like playing Final Fantasy find your weak points and keep training them

I started at 314 and I'm at 249 as of Monday. Can't wait to hit 214! Shooting for 205

Hopefully I can get a good workout in even with this bum shoulder. A lot of cable work, not a lot of heavy lifting but hey, I do what I can.

I plan on bulking when it's all sain and done i want to be about 190-210 solid but still able to wear high end clothing

Yea I feel you. That's what I do as well. I love the way working out and being in shape makes my clothes fit. I wear a lot of trim-fit, fitted clothing, dress shirts, sweaters, pretty much everything minus pants, and i just love the way it contours to the musculature. The females love it too. I want my fabrics to fit completely without being too snug and uncomfortable looking. I definitely agree with the high end fits. You almost have to have a certain shape and density in order to wear and look good in a lot of the styles from the Euro houses.
