race starts @ ≈ 20 min mark…lyles definitely not going nearly close to full out, which makes sense but doesn’t quite emphasize the gap that actually exists especially in a shorter race, ishowspeed actually put in an impressive effort for that distance

I gained 5 lbs I can't seem to get rid of. It's made me more effective in training but I don't want it to stick because it can always progress to full blown big backery.

fact is, given that you do all the wrasslin’ consistently, you probably should keep lifting to maintain your muscle/more easily burn fat…muscle is protective better to keep as much of it as possible, you’d be better off cutting out a modest amount of calories to lose the 5lbs, if you gained weight by definition you are more time in a surplus or holding water…
i recall you doing a bunch or higher rep lifting, might be worth switching up to lower reps as a different stimulus is one the more effective was to recoup

Yes the truth is I did a lot of very heavy lifting and ate more than I usually do and bulked up.
The weight is coming down slowly but surely. I'm on day 3 of a disciplined 16 hour fast and have been going to a morning and night training session. Down to 225 today which is within my super heavy weight class range.

ahh yes, you fast as well…good luck, 5lbs ain’t too much to lose so it should be light work!
outside of the meets i hated running track back as a young jack…couldn’t not have told me i’d be spending any time here again back then

I am blessed to be swimming outside on a Sunday morning in the middle of November.
I also think Jaylen Brown is on to something with his pool workouts.
My legs feel great after being in the water.

walking in general is so underrated & underutilized as an option for cardio…doesn’t even have to be that long either, short walks after meals are good money
pool work is so chill, great for the joints & rehabbing aches & pains/injuires

man my knees hit a new low 
was hitting sumo squats and with weights my knees were hurting bad
did it without weights and knees were still not happy
did some body weight exercies to finish off
but the next day they were both aching
thinking maybe its time to get an mri

Just the last couple days he said he looking to qualify for the LA olympics in 2028 and he wants to box Jake Paul
