Man oly is cool as hell but it's one of those things I don't want to do without a coach. I know one but he always has clients when I'm in the gym so I don't want to bother him.

Hes been looking out though. Why would someone go thru the trouble of making new amazon accounts to give away free codes
 
You don't need to make new accounts for the codes, just need different emails. He did give out those codes tho when he coulda used them
 
So I tried on my inzer prong belt for the first time in months. Struggled to get it into the 4th hole, but took me 10 minutes to get out of it.

LIterally had my life flash before my eyes I couldn't budge the damn thing. Thought I was going to have to go to work with a damn leather belt around my waist.

Anyway, what advice do you guys have for making the holes bigger? What have yall used to help widen/loosen them? Obviously over time, but I need that **** easy to come off now.

You gotta make sure it's wet before you try to stick it in the hole.
 
Well actually...I literally started splashing water from the sink while i was trying to get out of it as if that was gonna really help. like frantically dabbing it down with water. had to go to work in like 5 minutes. no joke it was a frantic scene
 
I'm horrendous with food. 3 fish tacos, a bowl of truffled mushroom Mac and cheese, 6 meatball lollipops, and a pitcher of sangria...just for me

funny i was going ot post what i just ate for dinner lol. Decided to cheat today since i did heavy legs earlier.

medium pizza from pizza hut with the hersheys brownies they have. Honestly pizza hut is just meh so papas>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>
