Don't waste your money on sups. Either make the decision to buy gear or don't. Outside of creatine and protein you are wasting your money. You really want to see gains buy some test you really want to shed weight buy some Clen or an ec stack. Stop buying things you don't need. Atleast when I was that young you could buy the original superdrol and halodrol over the counter so getting huge or shredded was just a trip to the sup store.

I heard Pro Anabol is pretty close to the old goodies though 8o

Stopped taking preworkouts for a year now...i just simply stick to black coffe/amino or bcaas/ or just some tree and i actually prefer it this way. I can feel the mind to muscle connection waaay better then feeling all of them jittery tingly feelings all over my body and on top of tha being hella hyper.

Horny goat weed (HIGHLY recomended for a goooooooooood pump)

I'm actually surprised him and Lou are still around. You have to remember these guys were eating orals like they were skittles and there wasn't much science to inform people back then. These guys had no idea what a pct was. He was juiced to the gills and had no idea what he was taking.

According to what i read, my daily macro is supposed to be 40% carbs, 40% protein, 20% fat but this is all just confusing for me and i think its because im overthinking and also worried that if i do it myself ill do it wrong and gain fat that i already lost on my cut :rolleyes

i don't think any of the new stuff works like the real deal. everything after the ban looks kinda blah. maybe try designer body and ask if they have anything good in the back. i think you can buy PH and DS on eBay still but there may be plenty of fake stuff.

yeah I just started squatting 225 front no problem. I never tried thinking it would be harder than it was.

I don't know man. I haven't done cleans in months. Probably not much.
