These videos make me so glad that I bought a set for my garage. At least tonight I can’t go home and do some heavy squats and listen to the music I like and don’t have to worry about someone trying to knock the bar out of my hands LOL

my sciatic nerve is ****ed. my left butt cheek is numbed/sore. the lower back hurts like **** in the morning but as the day goes by it feels better. then morning comes again and it hurts like hell :sick::sick:
I know it sucks but it’ll get better bro.
 
what makes me heated more about that vid is that the dude is just a kid/teen.
 
Ate 295 for 6 on bench today no spot for my last working set. I usually stop a rep or 2 short because I workout dolo.

It’s finally happening :frown: My poverty bench is moving on up.

The day I start benching 3 plates for reps imma walk through all doors sideways :pimp::lol:
 
pull day.. since i wont be DLing for a while, I decided to make my main compound lift weighted neutral grip pull up.
not sure if i got fat or weak but damn 30 lb pullups were a grind. did 5x5 lol
