Raised heel. Good for people with bad ankle mobility. At least that's as far as I can tell, never had em.

I’m about to start lifting in socks just to spite you gear lifters.

I do need to retire my jcrew vans though.

DL in socks

Bouta hit some light shoulders and Tris. Gonna crush dips then jump rope.

Cardio getting better, people telling me I look leaner and some lady today told me she thought I was 21 cuz I gotta baby face under the beard.

Feeling great these days :hat :hat

aint eem **** with DB shoulder pressing no more, OHP/Cleans are a staple but been doing this lately as an accessory

Chucks have no lateral support or true ankle support, and are quite squishy. The only thing they have going for them is that they are cheap. A flat shoe is useless if you still squish around on the cushy insole.

Tossing em out for DL: will wear the Sabo DLs or go in socks.

As for squats, Chucks are trash. Maybe my mobility is below average, but the difference between them, Roms, Adipowers, and Metcons is night and day.

People be lifting the whole rack on the leg extension like crazy. Folks gon mess around and destroy their kness

Bench Day

5×80
5×100
3×120
5x130
5x150
15×165 (Amrap)

Yes my bench is *** and my worst lift

Also who was it that posted shoulder presses with a plate? Props, cause that **** is a killer.

When you do it like that lol. People also don’t sit on the seat correctly with their knees hanging off the chair
Explain I typically have the seat back far, lift the butt up a bit and start pumping ..
How should it be done?

I also do a lot of one legt turn my leg on the side a bit

Make sure the back of your knees are flush on the rounded part of the front of the seat. People who do it with their knees hanging in the air and their seat pulled up do that so they can jerk the weight up.

Sounds like you’re doing it correctly

Do you have to add a top after the paint? Bought the volts and want to add black so that they aren’t so bright

you can add a top coat for durability but it also adds shine. so if you want a matte look it’s better to go without it. just might have to touch it up every once in a while

I hit some drag curls for the first time today. Don't know if I'll be able to brush my teeth in the morning but it hurts so good.
