My coworkers are legit coffee addicts. Like will go zombie or angry at a drop of a dime without morning coffee
I take coffee sparingly to “up my energy” at work. I also haven’t taken preworkout since November. A lot of it is mental imoOh hello, I didn't know we worked together, lol
The "orange theory" is that if you keep yourself in a certain heart rate for the workout you'll continue to burn calories hours after your done.
I've tried a few classes. Only way I would do cardio but there no heavy weight lifting so not all about it.
In the commercials I have seen, it looks like a bunch of soccer moms/dads competing with each other on stationary cardio machines.. No thanks... Maybe if I was single..
