Which of these bars would you guys recommend for powerlifting?
REP Stainless Steel PowerSpeed Bar
Stainless Steel powerlifting barbell with unique knurl pattern for rapid re-centering on a power rack and no damage to j-cups. 20 kg, 29mm, and very deep knurl ideal for the serious powerlifter.www.repfitness.com
Regarding weights, which of these would you go with for powerlifting? I was leaning rubber coated or equalizer. The other weights they have are pricier and don't really know if it's worth it for a home gym.
REP Iron Plates
These Rep Fitness iron plates have a diameter that is smaller than standard. Priced at $0.70/pound, these are great for people who want weight that fits on barbells for squats, low deadlifts, bench press, overhead press, curls, barbell lunges, etc.www.repfitness.comREP V2 Rubber Coated Olympic Plates
REP rubber coated Olympic weight plates are ideal for home gym and light commercial use. The rubber coating helps prevent damage to equipment, while also reducing noise in your gym.www.repfitness.comREP Equalizer Iron Olympic Plates
The highest quality iron Olympic plates available. Strict tolerances, fully machined surfaces, and high quality powdercoating.www.repfitness.com
I'd like the Rogue Ohio bar but it's not in stock and if I get a rack from RepFitness, I was planning to get everything from there to save on shipping. Considering pulling the trigger this week if their lead times remain around next month. Appreciate it.
