STAY/GET BACK IN SHAPE VOL 3.0 -- A New Niketalk = A New Thread

I think HIIT running would be your best Option, It seems you obviously have a good level of fitness so i would recommend :-
5 minutes steady warm up - (approx 9km)
45 Seconds Sprint
30 Seconds Rest
45 Seconds Sprint
30 Seconds Rest
(Repeat as many times as possible - If you arent dripping in sweat try 1 minute sprint and 30 seconds rest)

If he needs to be conditioned to run 8-12 miles, I dont think interval training is the best route.

I've been eating clean for over a month and a half and the weight I gained in my 3 1/2 year relationship is all but gone. Now it's time to either join a gym or go the insanity/ P 90 x route to get my definition back.

Do you guys think eating a burrito is a good healthy meal?

I usually get a Burrito like 3 days out of the week for lunch with chicken, brown rice, black beans, peppers, mushrooms, lettuce and tomato on a spinach wrap. I then split the burrito into two portions. I'll eat half of it at 12noon for lunch, and i'll eat the other one at 3:30pm, then hit the gym at 5pm, and i'll have a post workout protein drink and a banana around 7 or 8.

anyone here use the Octane Elliptical?? If so How are you suppose to do the arm blaster? i tried looking it on youtube but it didn't really give actual instructions

Gained 6 lbs of muscle in two months using Bioforge (Natural Test Booster), highly recommend it. And I know it's all muscle because I've been tracking my bf% and it's gone down while my weight has gone up...I can also see more definition in certain areas. :smokin

I don't know why people lie for no reason on here. 6 pounds of muscle would take A LOT longer than 2 months

No matter what that guy says if you are under 30 you probably don't need a test booster.

also, y'all. I'm trying to ball on a budget over here.

I work M-F in an office. All we have is a microwave. I'm trying not to go drive around and buy lunch everyday as it adds up.

What are some decent things I can make in the microwave for lunch and pre-working out? I go to the gym on the way home.

I do not work for Bioforge at all...I couldn't believe it either but I am also still in the 1-2 year beginning stage where enormous results are expected. If Mark Rippetoe has turned more 140lb 18 year olds into 200lb 18 year olds in 9 months than he can remember, what's so unbelievable about 6lbs in two months?

What was your diet like? Don't sit here and tell everybody that you gained 6lbs of LEAN muscle in 2 months with just Bioforge...it takes about a year to gain 10lbs of muscle. Let's be serious.

To be honest...I'm currently not counting calories or macros. I'm following Leangains very loosely, but I always make sure to eat at least 1.5g of protein per lb of lean body mass. I eat mostly complex carbs and if I do eat simple carbs it's directly right after a workout.

I'm only training 3x a week, with a program that I created that works best for my schedule which is based on 5x5. Legs (Emphasis on ***-to-grass Squats) on Monday, Chest/Shoulders/Triceps (Emphasis on Bench Press & Overhead Press) on Wednesday, Back/Biceps (Emphasis on Deadlifts & Pendlay Rows) on Friday. 15-20 mins of MIIT (Moderate Intensity Interval Training) on the Elliptical, I don't wanna call it HIIT because I don't believe you can do true HIIT on a machine.

Why don't you cook stuff on the weekends or in the mornings and use the microwave to heat them up? Rice and chicken can last for days if you store it properly.

Son doesn't count cals but he lowered his bf% and gained 6lbs of lean muscle in 2 months. You're either a genetic freak or you're telling lies. If you're not lying, congrats.

I use the electronic body fat calculator thing at my gym and my body fat has gone down...and I have a ton more definition in my back then I did two months ago, I'm not going to sit here and lie to you...I was honest about my diet and I'm just telling you what has happened to me over these past two months. I'm not saying it's all attributed to the Bioforge, it could be my diet and workout program as well.
