STAY/GET BACK IN SHAPE VOL 3.0 -- A New Niketalk = A New Thread

Did a light back workout earlier, my back feels okay, kinda felt nice to do a light workout. Realy tried to feel the stretxh and whatnot. Felt great.

Gonna try a nice easy leg workout tomorrow.

Started a new Oly Lifting personal program.

Already PR:

full clean at 180.
Front Sqauts 235
Back squats 265
Deadlift 365
Knee Pull 255
Snatch 115

Weird I can only snatch and Jerk 165. The
Jerk (Push Press) is killing me.

Any isolated ideas to get that gain on the jerk?

A jerk and a push press are two different things though

I know. Same vertical movement, though.
Jerk allows you to get under the bar and push up use your hips and legs to get the weight up.

Cleans are my favorite + press it up above my head. You get it all in one lift. I stay with some bruises on the fronts of my thighs. :lol:

not going to debate my opinion because we all have opinions on this....
