Its like doing sled pushes, sled drags, parachute runs, hill runs on a treadmill belt, and u can set the incline as you want

quads were in fire and from what I’ve learned those exercises help with keeping legs healthy/injury free and of course cardio/explosiveness

I miss having a gym rival.
all the dudes that come during the time I do in the morning arent really lifting, there's like 3 in there with similar physiques as me, but I dont ever see them really pushing it in the gym.
there are like 5 women who I see in there killing it. the dudes just kinda go through the motions.
I may need to switch back to golds are start going late at night (which i dont wanna do)

rear delt fly: 3x10 @ light weight

I been water loading and gonna water cut to make weight this sat. I feel like **** from drinking all this water tho but today’s the last day I need to down 2 gallons of water
