Thinking about gym hygienics again.

How yall feel about the family of hip thrust exercises performed by pulling a cable rope in a low-to-high upward motion in between the crotch?

There's only one set of rope attachments at the gym I'm at.

Was gonna finish tonight with some face-pulls but seen this girl (who was leaking btw) repeatedly rubbing that joint against her coochie and decided to call it quits.

my rope extension came in. so i bought it with me to PF. had 3 people asking if it was mine or i bought it there and wanted to use it.
PF doesnt keep the rope extensions on the floor now since its deemed not able to be cleaned

Sucks this is what it has come to, I have a 24 Super Sport across the street from me, but the lockdowns ****ed me up.

I hate to say it, but I became a reseller during this time to pretty much pay for this whole gym! (Thanks to whoever bought from me)

Easy sells: Anything Rogue, dumbbells, rowers

Cons: I can’t park in the garage anymore, putting in these horse stall mats & I workout at 3am before work with the garage open

absolutely, I feel like a lot of buyers dont realize how much rogues shipping + taxes + shipment dates are.

The reseller market has died down, but at the high point i was selling rogue plates at lets say $50-$100 profit / plate (Rogue echo and flecks sold easily $) would also bundle it with a rogue bar (boneyard or ohio)

I have premium. I downloaded a free app on google, only downside is that you have to redownload it everytime they update the app.

I like it, a lot more functions and you can really get granular with macros and nutrients. I don't use it for workouts though.

Found out I have some tears in my labrum and a lack of fluid in the bursa(s) surrounding my shoulder joint....dealt with this before, so I got two cortisone injections and I'm hoping that does the trick.

Still training but avoiding anything involving shoulders for a little while — MEH
