If the resources that you're speaking of are being depleted and are being converted into energy to make more people, would the reverse happen if people stopped making more of themselves?
Would a halt in the production of people result in the creation of more resources or would it only serve to prolong the inevitable? If the latter is true, is it greed that causes us to think in terms of those resources belonging only to the current population and not to be shared with future generations or ego?

Preferably as a shot given at birth that wears off after 22 years or so... If you want to have children, you have to reach certain credentials, with income playing a large role... If you achieve the credentials, you can either get another shot, or not... If you don't, you would get another shot... This would last a year and be a year to year basis type thing...
But...
