SUITS APPRECIATION VOL USA

Rachel fell off harder than D Wade bball abilty. wtf happened to her b

loving mike finally getting a win (hoping he gets a complete victory).

need Litt to get back on the case prowl

Yeah I know all that (I didn't watch the preview though) but I'm just saying overall. I mean how lucky is Mike then for Fortsman to just turn around from that heel move and the way he was being painted as.

It's like the writer's basically wrote Mike in to a no win situation and then stole a win out of thin air for Fortsman to say he never had any intention of doing what he said.

The talk he gave Mike near the end of the ep was interesting and if it lasts it'll be cool to see Mike with some money on his side and Harvey on the ropes and what he actually does.

Another thing imo is this seems to be taking a little long (not the story line specifically) as far as this acquisition. Sidwell or Logan need to step back in and tell these dudes to hurry **** up :lol I mean Logan already seemed to be convinced at this new approach by Rachel and is more about trying to get her back than beat Mike. I'd be tight if that's how things kinda end.

We'll see what the story really is.

1. But Fortsman may not actually be that bad, that may have just been Harvey doing what he needed to do to win (tellin him that Fortsman is a terrible person).
2. Fortsman might have realized that the current situation wasn't going to get him the W over Harvey that he wants.
3. Fortsman may have realized that he's going to eat with Mike and get a chance to give Harvey an even bigger L than he initially thought.

I remember when he was first introduced. He threw Mike 300milli tellin him "you don't know what you need", making it VERY clear that Fortsman is a stellar analyst and keeps his ear to the ground. I think Fortsman was all smiles and handshakes in that office cause he's already done the math and see's a potential bigger W coming his way....
This all being true or something to consider, Fortsman adding the caveat that Mike had to push out Sidwell was clear warning signs of his character imo. It's honestly completely irrelevant to the story or his initial motive of wanting to screw over Harvey. It's actually just a plain tactical business move that is thoughtless on a personal level (which of course it should be) and correct me if I'm wrong but that scene happened before Harvey warned Mike.

So for me there's only so much leewayI could give the dude. They'd have to write it so that Fortsman wants to get over on Harvey so bad he's willing to leave what he thought was a liability in Sidwell stick around. I dunno though, I just really liked the finality of that ultimatum and how it really put Mike between a rock and a hard place.

looks like Fortsman was testing Mike's loyalty to Sidwell which explains how and why he checked up on Mike and caught him scheming to bluff Harvey out of the race for Gillis then planning on pulling out of the deal with him. Fortsman saw what he did, told Sidwell, and backed him with the $$ anyway. not saying Fortsman won't backstab Mike like Harvey warned but so far looks like he's on the investment bankers side.

Just watched last weeks episode and i'll give a few of my random thoughts on this Season so far:

- I agree with the storyline of Harvey \ Mike getting stretched, It seems to of stood still and I can see this lasting the whole season, I can't see Harvey taking the L, But Mike got the upper hand now with that loot behind him so it's going to be interesting to see where they going to take it, If Harvey does take the L I think it will ruin his character on the show IMO, Losing to Mike in his first deal kinda makes a mockery of the reputation they have created for him

- I like this SEC angle in targeting Harvey, I think Jessica will come through for him in the last few episodes of the season

- The Rachel \ Mike \ Logan love story sucks, As I said at the start of the season, Mike and Rachel have very little chemistry together, Like when Mike gets home from work to Rachel they just say hi and ignore each other, that's just not realistic IMO :lol
In regards to Logan, Rachel just needs to sleep with him and get this love storyline finished

- Louis is never going to make named partner, The writers have made him to much of a comedy act and the respect he had in season 1-2 has gone

No but if my relationship ever got the stage where we don't communicate it would be done :lol

:lol I was going to say when two people live together and are in high-demanding jobs/businesses life can easily get like that, especially if you're not seeing eye to eye on something.

I'm contemplating on letting this season finish before watching another episode cause I binged watched S1-S3 on Amazon and now waiting a week between episodes kind of ruins the momentum for me.

Mike deserved all that :{ :x :lol

Like 15 min in I was like damn, Mike is being a real a-hole ****. Son lied straight up in Sidwell's face. In a way I gotta say they did a good job cuz when I would usually think they'd go back to Mike being a lawyer somehow they made this change to an investment banker seem natural so him losing his job here really caught me off guard. I recall making posts about how this show would never make the wild change where Mike goes off the edge but so far seems like that's what he's doing. Not to mention the whole SEC thing hasn't wrapped up yet. Just hope they don't give Mike his lawyer job back. Maybe Fortsman gives Mike another opportunity after royally screwing him.

I loved this ep just cuz they managed to massively screw over Mike through the actions of Louis winning and then ******* up epically :lol

Then this treacherous ***** Rachel :{ and this duplicitous jezebel Donna telling her to never tell Mike. Dumbass ******* :| Logan was gonna get in all those yambs.

On a shrinking storyline seems like Malone really can't separate work and relationships. I expect Jessica to can him and let him know what it really is and then dump him :lol

Told yall last week rachel was gonna cheat.... she was a ***** from the giddy up. Mike shouldve took the job the whole time i was saying. I knew this exactly was gonna occur. He half-axxed lied...if you gonna commit to bs, scamming and what not might as well go all end. Now he screwed cause he cant go all crrawling back and say.... ah nah man i changed my mind. I DO want the job.

God Dambit @shoelyesses I JUST downloaded this episode and was about to watch it when I saw what you said about rachel on the main General page.

Use some damn spoilers, brah!!!
My bad but i was just guessing what i THOUGHT what would happen... I didnt know it would be right.... i guess iuno it could be a spoiler iuno

Man, idk how I feel about Rachel anymore. Mike had the deal locked up and she ****** it all up cause she was out there cheating :{

:{ at the way the writers are doing Louis dirty...

Litt went from a financial monster who would crack the whip on the interns, to just a dude who can't do the most simple of things. I really thought cause of the title, dude was going to come back guns blazing, but he's taking major L's :{

I like the idea of Mike taking the L as an investment banker, cause at the end of the day, he just started in that industry a few months ago, but damn, someone as smart as him would at least catch a small W here and there before getting tanked on a major deal.

Mike hitting rock bottom 8o

The Lewis Harvey dynamic is interesting as always. I hate what they've done to Katrina's character.

I'm contemplating on letting this season finish before watching another episode cause I binged watched S1-S3 on Amazon and now waiting a week between episodes kind of ruins the momentum for me.

Yeah, it has it's plusses and minuses

For Game Of Thrones I watched all of season four during that week before the finale. You miss all the talk and discussion others are having, but the pay off is a lot better IMO

Watching the new episode once I get out from class.

Is it wrong that Suits is one of the things that motivates me to get my **** together?

I would have liked to see Mike have some real success as an investment banker, rather than just crushing him relatively quickly. I know the show tends to do the highs and lows, so he's had some wins.. but when the whole plot has been about this one deal, he ended with a loss.

Granted, he lied and was clearly over his head with Eric Roberts, but oh well.

Same with Louis.. the show needs to learn how to give their characters actual victories that last more than 10 minutes. Curveballs can be a lot of fun for the audience, but damn.. Louis went from getting ready to makeout with Harvey to crying in his office alone.
