matt- that would be a damn decent gesture, and i would certainly be paying back the favour! your worn pair actually convinced me to snag these. my pair did come with the og box, which was a very pleasant surprise. i wear a 9-10, so i might not be competing with you very often!

A back-up pair of Linens. They're used, so I'll be holding 2 used pairs, which isn't something I'm normally crazy about doing, but considering both pairs combined cost me less than $300 including shipping, why not.

I also bought a second pair of Atlantic Blue/Orange AM 120s because my current ones are on thin ice and can go any minute. I'm always on the hunt for 120s, BTW - would love to complete the full set of like all 10 colorways. I paid like $26 plus shipping.

They arrived yesterday, I took them out of the box, tried them on, went out for a quick run (that's a generous use of the term "run") and immediately ordered a second pair when I got home. I loved them.

i specifically asked the seller to double box because i saw tape on the box and knew the guy would just re-tape it and send it like that. despite all of that, it did come double boxed, but it was STILL taped up inside. i was like are you serious...

why would you double box it and still tape it up like that. not to mention the label was completely ripped off now.

Sucks about the box. A lot of the best deals I've got have come with no box, or a messed up box, or other various packaging issues. If I know I'm going to beat the shoe, it doesn't bother me much - and could be preferred if it lowers the purchase price. But, I do like having nice, well-kept boxes, especially for the older stuff.

yeah it's alright i guess, i've gotten over it. if they were ds i'd probably be really pissed, but they aren't so whatever. i definitely let the guy know that it wasn't cool, so hopefully he'll follow directions next time with someone else.
and btw i love the am 2011's.
