Mayhem: From what I've learned, those gold 97's dropped only in Europe last year. I don't know how many were made, but I am assuming there wasenough for all of Europe to enjoy, and none to share w/ us here in the states. I was bidding on a pair on eBay a while back, cost-wise if I remember it wasapprox. $189 w/ shipping from France to USA. Hope that helped.
