Two workouts with that little time in between? Terrible idea. Just miss a day, it won't hinder your progress at all.

1. What is wrong with two workouts with that little bit of time in between?

2. If I workout twice in a row like that, should I target the same area(s) I JUST hit in workout #1 or should I focus on something completely different.

I know it won't hinder my progress, but I HATE missing days man.

That's the healthiest meal you can get from Boston Market.  I just checked the nutrition info on the site. Less than 1000 mg sodium, less than 10g fat, and has aroung 30 g protein.

I might be going there more often for lunch.  I stopped eating there when their chicken just started to taste too salty.

^ Do you have the option of making your own lunch?
Would you have a fridge to store it during the day?

I am opposed (for the most part) to folks eating out often when it comes to lunch. Saves $, and you have more creative control over what you eat.

Yea, I made my own today.  I have a fridge.  It's just that sometimes I don't feel like cooking food to bring in to work.  I mostly buy salads or bring my lunch.

So i need to start eatin healthier..

Heard that you should eat about an amount about the size of your fist every 2-3 hours or so.. is that correct?

Whats a good quick breakfast? fruits? oatmeal? protein shake?

Should i take casein protein at night before bed to help with metabolism?

Throw me some good stuff to snack on besides fruits.

Peach Cobbler
Little Piece of Strawberry Shortcake
2 Mint Chocolate Chip Cookies

That doesn't sound like much!

Man I want to get more, but I think I took the last of the Curry Chicken = RIce N Peas. Plus I already did like 2 rounds of plate filling. Damn it is so much dessert.

Should eat a bit more fellas.. heres something im doing with a bit of flexibility

8am: Protein shake (gets me going - carbs in the morning makes me sleepy)

10am: 1 Cup of Oats + PB or whey (use water or milk to cook them)

Workout

1pm: 2 Cups Brown Rice, Sitr fried chicken breast + mushrooms/tomatoes/spinach (try to keep this post workout meal a bit after my workout to avoid falling asleep)

3pm: Nuts (almonds etc..) + Fruits (bananas, apples, grapes/berries)

5pm: PB sandwhich on whole wheat bread

7pm: Grilled chicken breast or fish steaks + brown rice + sweet potatoes + vegetables (spinach, onions, brocolli, cauliflower)

10pm: Green Tea + Nuts/Fruits

Im constantly eating, but constantly exercising too. I do a lot of HIIT, scrimmaging and basketball games. So its really hard to bulk up for me.

^ Do you have access to REAL food at 8 AM? Why not get some food in your system instead of the shake? What is your reasoning? Not bashing, just asking.

That seems good though. Keep eating. Keep eating. Especially if you are active.

I had a "ball" yesterday, so I have to clean myself up today.

After the luncheon yesterday, I had to have drank 7 cups (16 oz cups) of water to flush all of that sugar out. I pissed like 6 times from 6 PM - 11 PM.

Today

9 AM
2 big plates of salad left over from party. Funny nobody even touched them yesterday.
Red beans, corn, avacdo, cilantro, tomato salsa blend

11 AM
Banana

12:15
Spinning Class

2:30
Curry chicken w/Rice N Peas. Yea I know

4 PM
Craisins + Cashew mix

6:30 PM
Whatever food they have at my part-time. Probably more salad to be honest.

Hey guys, help me turn my life around

, I've made the change.

I am going to the gym starting on Thursday....have my workouts set

I am on the bulk up plan, did a ton a research and will be heading to the grocery store soon as well as picking up a protein supp...150 right now, fairly skinny i would say...not looking to follow a strict diet but one where I can go healthy and keep eating, eating, eating... the 165-170 area is my first goal....I've already took the first step by completely eliminating junk food, soda, and late night binge snacking..been off of that for a while now..

I need to take in around 3000 cals a day..what is a good schedule I can follow in order to achieve this + some recommendations on meals...

I have already come up a with a preliminary schedule on excel, but any advice would be gladly appreciated.

and on average how much/when should protein shakes be taken (obviously after workout, plus maybe a shake with fruits and that stuff before bed)...if I do that, there is no need for a morning shake or pre-workout shake right?

thanks
