Might want to ditch that"candy bar" from your diet. For the most part, you should want to stayaway from any clumped granola products because of the sugar content.

Also you might want to leave the Splenda alone and use natural sweeteners. Hell, you are better off using sugar than Splenda.

Stay away from ALL artificial sweeteners

Brown rice is really good, it's harder to make good though
What about it is so hard to make? Same process, boiled water, add rice, cook water out.

its hard being in korea, i dont really know what my options are... too much white rice with everything
Make sure you drink that water that you boiled those veggies in. A lot of nutrients can be found there

this is pretty much my daily diet:

breakfast (8:00): bowl of cereal or breakfast bar w/ an apple or 12-15 pretzels

snack (10:00): 12-15 pretzels or an apple (whichever i didn't have for breakfast)

lunch (12:00): soup (tomato soup with mixed vegetables, beef, potatoes) & salad (romaine lettuce, cheese, bacon bits, italian dressing)--sometimes i'll switch my lunch/dinner, but generally the foods listed are what i'll eat for both meals.

snack (2:00): 12-15 pretzels, peanuts or some type of fruit

pre-workout* (6:00): banana/apple/orange and pretzels or peanuts

dinner (8:30): grilled chicken/stewed beef/pasta with corn/mixed veggies/brocolli and sometimes potatoes (either baked or boiled)

*i generally work out around 2 hours a day, 5-6 days a week...comments/suggestions?

**i drink water throughout the day...

try not to 'drink your calories'...not sure what your weight loss/fitness goals are, but you could cut a ton of calories by replacing your simply lemonade/coke with water.

Anyone know the exact recipe for a Strawberry Supreme protein smoothie from Amazon Cafe???

I always get these shakes at my LA Fitness and I think it is to the point I start making them myself. I know they include apple juice, bananas, strawberrys, yogurt, ice, and protein. I tried Google but I couldn't find any exact measurements.

Can anyone help me????

You're right...My main issues are not so much with food but with liquids...I cut back on soda recently but I still drink it and I like drinking different juices...I'll drink water for awhile, but it gets bland and I need a change...

Breakfast
2 apples

Lunch
Chex Mix
Chicken & Rotini Soup
Turkey Sandwich with Lettuce,Tomato & Mustard
1 can Diet 7-Up

No idea whats for dinner

If you are going to drink a soda, you might as well drink the real thing and not the diet variety. Check the aspartame video I posted above to see why.

Also, can you tell me what you are trying to do in terms of fitness goals?

Today I've had half of a protein shake, a liter of water, a banana and some yogurt. Just made this for dinner:
