poached skinless chicken breast - vegetable soup (homemade) 1 slice cheese
post workout/dinner:
whey protein - buckwheat noodles and vegetables
its hard being in korea, i dont really know what my options are... too much white rice with everything

i made Oatmeal this morning
mixed in some low sodium peanut butter (i normally use Natural peanut buter but i ran out)
added water (i only use smart water)
added some cinnamon to spice it up
and of course some WHEY

You're right...My main issues are not so much with food but with liquids...I cut back on soda recently but I still drink it and I like drinking different juices...I'll drink water for awhile,but it gets bland and I need a change...Originally Posted by waystinthyme

try not to 'drink your calories'...not sure what your weight loss/fitness goals are, but you could cut a ton of calories by replacing your simply lemonade/coke with water.
