Dinner is my biggest meal so I try to compensate with the other meals. I think all in all im getting about 1400-1600 calories a day.
any Ideas how I could spruce this menu up? I'm not so interested in building muscle right now, I'm more worried about losing weight (I guess fat, to be exact). Any help would be appreciated.
