THE 2012-2013 NBA PREDICTIONS THREAD

No disrespect but going from 24, 24, and to what translates to 27 doesn't scream much of an improvement to me. They already had too many shoot first guys playing the same position (Evans, Thornton, and salmons) and added a shoot first PG in brooks. Word is the best player in camp has been Jimmer which isn't exactly who you want to be your stud.
Now if Smart somehow gets them to run the triangle, then maybe they win more than I expect.

I'd take any improvement over none at all. Just 3 seasons ago this team won 17 games. But you're right about the way this team is built.
We have a straight up LOGJAM in the back court

Thomas
Thornton
Evans
Fredette
Brooks
Salmons
Garcia
:x

By the way, after the Kings move, I'm going to need a new team. With the exception of Miami, LA, Chicago, or NY, anybody wanna pick me up?

Uhh, Warriors? I mean they're like 75 minutes away from where you live, and there really isn't a rivalry in the Bay so you're good as far as that goes, and you can still watch games live...

..in the 2013 Corporate takeover of the NBA fan-draft, the Golden State Warriors fanbase select: LoveOfTheGame916, from somewhere off I-80 North of the Bay Bridge.

Congrats

Pick me! Pick me!

Philly has the best record in the East at the break and Doug Collins is coach of the All-Star game.

Come at me cyber bros.

Nobody is saying that BK has a chance at the chip this year but considering Joe Johnson on the Hawks was good for a 4-5 seed, pairing him with a PG who perfectly compliments his game and an all around better squad makes people believe they'll be a top 4 seed. Which is very believable

If i'm the kings im offering a package up to the pistons to try and get brandon knight. or hell even Try my luck with Brandon jennings (Who i think would be an amazing fit in SAC)

Yes, because the Kings need more ball dominant guards.

no one has the rockets making the playoffs. i see what's going on here.

Just keep watching your Texans and be happy theyre a top team in the L bc i see an abysmal season on the horizon for the Houston Lins. Yall need to bring Yao out of retirement and bring Tmac home.

I see the Sixers making noise in the East this year definitely

Key Headlines:

Its no surprise im a celtic fan.

But the additions we have this season sure will put us over the top.

Jeff Green, Courtney Lee, Barbosa, Terry, Sullinger, Darko, Collins.

Give us great depth and experience in some.

With Bass, KG, Pierce, Rondoooooo, Bradley just makes this team the biggest threat in my opinion in the NBA when it comes to the post season. If Doc was not the coach i probably wouldnt be saying this now.
-------

Kenneth Faried is going to be a problem this season.

-------

Dwyane Wade will get injured.

---

Klay Thompson will avg 20+ ppg

---

Bucks trade Monte Ellis to a NYK, JR Smith and Amare traded from NYK, with a 3rd team involved.

--

Nets will not be as good as people thought they would be.

---

Beasley will have a great year along with Dragic and Scola.

--

Jrue Holiday has a breakout year.

--

Rudy Gay wont improve much.

--

Danny Granger gets traded mid season due to low production and Pacers build team around Hibbert.

--

Austin Rivers terrible year

--

T Wolves make alot of Noise.

--

John Wall has great year.

--

Kyrie Irving blossoms into being the NBA's BEST PG. Or Shows signs that he will be sooner or later.

--

Lakers poop it up.

--

Ibaka has best year yet. Will be one of the faces of the NBA.

--

Raptors suck, Rockets suck, Bobcats, Trailblazers, Bucks, magic, Kings, wizards.

--

jeremy Lin shows that he is indeed a bust and didnt deserve any of that money.

--

Amare better year than last year and braids still wont reach his neck.

--

Lamar Odom happier but still not going to give LAC what they expected out of him.

--

Sheed wont be playing much.

--

Millsap get traded for Amare.

--

Granger for Tyreke Evans maybe? Or maybe Grizzlies dissapointed in Rudy Gay's production and trade him for Evans.

--

nate will give Bulls some spark until Rose gets back from injury.

Melo attempts a career high 31 shots a game.

Wade gets his manhood taking from him by RW0 on Christmas Day. Not quite sure what that entails yet.
