Anyone who says CP3 is a top 5 all time PG doesn't watch basketball or has 0 value for wins and loses. CP3 isn't even better than Marc Jackson yet. Dude is 4 or 5 all time in assist and has played in the finals. Tell Paul to reach the finals then we can talk.

if you gonna make an argument like that, at least make it persuasive.
There weren't a lot of good players in the previous generations, teams would have one star and the rest of the team were just subpar. Thats why it was easy for players to drop 40-60 any night. Take the CBA for example, Bobby Brown scored 74 points on the Sichuan Blue Whales...Bobby Brown wasn't making waves in the NBA but he was able to drop 74 cause he was playing against inexperienced players.
Kobe dropped 81 on a Raptors
Shaq dropped 61 on the Clippers
What I'm getting at is, it is easy to pad stats and look great when you're playing against a lesser team. Now a days it takes more talent and a bigger skill set to be in the NBA.

I get it, pyramids are a national treasure but they're not more innovative or evolutionary than modern architecture. Cleopatra might have been the most beautiful woman in all of Egypt but what was the competition? Pretty sure there a lot more better looking woman now a days than in the past.
