Also steve nash is such a crafty player. His high iq allowed him to gym rat and crafty. Fundamentals and such In the mold of a kevin love or Luke walton. Discipline

I would throw stan Gundy in the pot of horrible coaches. I can't stand looking at him on the sidelines. Might be a good x and o guy but is the type of person that makes you start to itch if you hang out with him too long

Would need a new lottery system to accompany this. Tanking could reach a new extreme under these rules.

Boston has an elite coach and will be adding young talent. They'll be a top 6 team eventually.
The Bucks have a bevy of young talent.
Washington can become an elite team if they sign KD.
Miami is gonna be decent.
Indiana will be back to a winning team once PG is healthy.
Charlotte has the tools to become good if they get on track.
Brookyln is hopeless
Orlando has a tremendous young core
Detroit has a very good young core
Philly is hopeless
The Knicks....well....yeah.
