They probably figured BK would demand big money - too much money for a guy who maybe isn't the best fit as a starting PG on an elite team. He's obviously not a top tier PG. Decided to trade him for young pieces and keep rebuilding. Short term it probably isn't the best move but long term, it gave them a young player and more room for Giannis and Jabari to grow.
 
He and MCW are the same damn age though. :lol:


He's in the market for 10-12 million a year man, that's nothing for providing 20/5/5 with 40% from 3 and elite defense.


Looked like Giannis was growing just fine with him to me.
 
Kidd screwed the Nets over and set us back like 2 years so I hope every move he does fails :lol:

Derrick Rose (knee surgery) took full contact in practice on Monday.
It's a great sign for Rose and his eventual return this season. He took part in a full contact 4-on-4 scrimmage, and Tom Thibodeau said Rose looked winded afterward, but otherwise reported no ill effects. Rose previously said it would take him a week or two to get back into game action after being cleared for contact, so owners looking to stash him will want to think long and hard about all the DNPs he still has left to rack up. The Bulls play just three times in each of the next two weeks. Aaron Brooks owners: Take notice.
