Riley can not afford to let Wade walk over money ESPECIALLY when your slighting him for dragic who is a borderline AS player.. D-Wade is responsible for that franchise entire existence over the past decade, has sacrificed millions upon millions to be the team guy.

That's simply disrespectful... Hell I understand Wade has been injured but he played in over 60 games this season, averaged 22, 5 & 5 and still is capable of scoring 30-40 a game... even from an on court perspective he's still worth 10 Mil a season at least..

I hope Wade doesn't let Riley con him again. He's sacrificed enough over the years and is really a slap in the face to have everyone except him getting paid for services rendered or yet to be. Decline or not, the Heat don't get elevated to the status they are without him and it's time to cash in. He's played a SIGNIFICANT role in every title in their franchise history.

When he was still a superstar he took a paycut to help them sign UD & Miller. Then they went on to cut Miller to avoid the luxury tax.

He took another pay cut so they could sign Bron to the max, and Bron promptly went back to CLE.
