The 2015 NBA Draft Thread: Draft Day Is Here

Rockets still shoulda took Grant over Dekker.

Dude fits perfectly on that team, great in the PnR, can shoot it, great athlete and can defend.

You gotta hope Dekker finds an NBA skill, right now he's just a finisher.

Trez though. :hat :hat :hat

Houston had a huge draft, definitely put them in the win category.

Win a championship?  Rockets were 2nd in the West and made it to the WCF...

You know, we have winners and losers after the draft. What I was saying was, IMO, Houston was one of the draft winners along with Minny, Miami, Nuggets, and a couple others.

Not sure where you got championship from in the "draft" thread :lol

Ya know....once I get past the depression of us not getting Russell/still not having any guards I guess Okafor/Noel/Embiid/Saric will be a hell of a platoon if we plan to keep all four. Any guards should want to play with that group.
Mane that's a killer rotation , opposing bigs get no break ...BUT yall can't keep running out d league guards out there , Hinkie lookin suspect in the back court :lol ...slight hope for Pierre Jackson tho, he had upside before he got hurt n I hope he's healthy :hat

Oh ok...just saw someone say one got drafted and the other one didn't :/ ...that kinda sucks

Edit: ready for the summer league to start tho :hat

I told ya one of the twins wasn't gonna get drafted :{ .. should've came back but they didn't show much of any improvement this season.

Was surprised Dakari got drafted but Billy D saw enough of him throughout SEC play so I hope that works out.

the best Jalen has looked on tv is with DWade......I knew he wouldn't work well w/ the crew he had last night
Sheesh.

OKC couldn't miss with either Booker or Payne

Booker would have been

they missed him by one pick. I think they might have went with Payne anyway though from all the mock drafts

I like the Nets draft. Looks like Hollins has his Tony Allen lite.

As much as I liked Plums, he was very limited.

We'll see how McCollough does after injury.

Would've liked a shooter taken in the draft for the Nets.

:x

But hell if he plays decent he'll get a roster spot

Edit: well a training camp invite to compete for a spot

I see what your saying and looking at it on paper the pickups look great... Morey went with the best value...  however, value picks should come after immediate needs.  i dont see the rockets improving much with these rookies as long as the pg position is left the way it is..

If I were the GM, I would be trying hard to trade Dekker for Burke.

I'm not a Kobe fan but that Larry Nance Jr tweet was

wasn't even like a joke......dude was dead serious

:lol I agree, but like I said earlier, I think the Rockets will address their PG situation thru Free Agency.

When they saw Dekker still on the board, that probably changed their thought process.
