Hibbert's role on defense isn't really to grab rebounds, though. His impact and defense at the rim allowed his teammates to grab the rebounds when he'd be busy contesting and altering shots.

People just look at his height and expect elite rebound numbers, but OKB broke it down awhile ago and his rebound rate is right in line with other extra tall centers. He's too big to be leaping and snatching every rebound out there.
