The College Basketball Post

Will be interesting to see how Louisville fares.  Their bandwagon is a little too strong right now.

They cruised through the AAC but that's nothing special.  UConn, Cincy or Memphis are anything great this year (I have Cincy and Memphis losing in the Round of 64 in my bracket, wouldn't be shocked if all three lost their first game).  We were a horrible match up for UL this year and they smacked us in all three games.  Cincy and Memphis, who have at least something inside with Jackson & Goodwin to match up with Harrell, were able to beat Louisville.

The only two tourney teams UL beat all year were us and Cincy, whom they also lost to.  Every other tourney team they faced they got beat by: UNC, Kentucky and Memphis.

That being said, there is so much parity these days in college basketball that I wouldn't be surprised if they made it to the FF.

No way this dude Embiid is playing. Self and KU are just blowing smoke.

Remember a few years back with Syracuse and Arinze Onuaku? Same stuff I think.

Florida, Michigan State, Louisville, Wisconsin

if there was ever a year for Bo to lead them to the promised land, this would be it

dont play with my heart again

Nobody showing love for UVA?

I'll roll with Florida, UVA, Ok. State, and Duke.

This tourney is all over the place this year, I just filled one out in 5 minutes without even stressing it.

UVA's not built for tourney success. They play so slow that they allow teams to hang around since they'll never blow anyone out. You always have a fighting chance playing UVA, especially on a neutral court.

They have a weak bracket but I think MSU catches them in the sweet 16.

My final, final 4 picks.

Florida, Iowa State, San Diego St. And Louisville.

Baylor and New Mexico in the elite eight

It's not like it's Duke, UNC, UCLA, Kansas, or any team that has a big fan base but also has a big hate base.

no one in here should have anything negative about Wichita.

no reason.

If you're a CBB fan you want to see it. at least a part of you does.

don't lie to yourself

They're in our region fam. That's my issue.

In all honesty I'd love to just see one of these freshman, or high profiled guys carry their team to the title and just having ridiculous games along the way

Potential New Mexico/Kansas rematch has me intrigued. Embid was the difference maker in the 2nd half against them earlier in the year, they trailed by 1 at half. I'd want to see that again since Joel won't be playing

Edit: Sounds like Bzdelik is gone from Wake. Press conference in the AM. Part of me wants to text my guys and ask but I'll chill :lol some of them actually liked him

UCLA hugely over seeded, I would have picked them to go down in the first round but Tulsa is way too conservative.

be very surprised if they get past VCU or SFA.

Watching ESPN....when THEE hell did Kara Lawson get so fine?

Shorty look like a different person

Swear I was thinking this over the weekend. They toned down the lesbian vibe with her.

Nothing in me wants Wichita State to win. Actually want to see UK beat them.

KU could definitely got down to NMSU. Hope Drew plays big that game.

UCLA is extremely talented man. They've got players that can get hot in a hurry which can bold well in a tournament like this. Kyle can go, Jordan can go, Zach can go, Bryce is a sniper, the twins are snipers, man they've got some talent. If they can catch a wave, there's no telling how far they can go. They play at an incredible pace as well so it'll be interesting to see how far they can go playing that style.

At the same time, their talent is very "irrational" in that All of those aforementioned players (aside from maybe kyle) can go for huge stretches where they can't find a bucket. Which UCLA team that shows up will determine if they can actually make a viable run at making it past the first weekend.

I've been relatively dissapointed with Jahaii Carson this season. He's honestly put up nothing but filler points and stats for the majority of this season. However, he is obviously a supreme talent who when hot, can carry a team. At best he's a streaky shooter though but if he's hitting his jumper and can get lost in the open floor he can win some games for ASU. I actually think they can get Texas.

All that being said though, Ski and CU will shock the world and beat pitt and give Florida a serious game so nothing really matters :hat :hat :hat
