nah. It’s the little distinct true Atlanta **** ***** **** he does, thats why he’s up there. Everybody can’t do that, and be charismatic wit it etc. Damn near every city got an internet comedian like Desi, but they can’t do what he does. Another dude like Desi who blowing up in the same way, is Lou Young from DMV area. And you see why He’s a naturally funny dude. Everybody can’t do that. Heard he pretty good in stand up too. For a cat off the internet.

People would be really surprised by how many super popular youtubers are out there with millions of streams you've never heard or seen a video of but would get recognized in public.
I don’t think people would be surprised. If you have adolescent Neices and nephew or kids, or are a youth coach, you should be well aware.
People who are that unaware are just being obtuse or are elderly people. Like I said, I’m fully aware of the phenomenon because I have younger relatives. As I said, I’m not the audience they’re looking for and it should be that way.

I’m sure he can get at least one vid where you’d laugh depending on topic but overall you got it.
Guys like that imo are good for an every now and then watch on YouTube. I ain’t subscribing to them. I’m more likely to watch a Desi video for the fine IG model chick that’ll probably be in it.

EXACTLY! You can tell Lou and Desi are naturally funny. And they’re former athletes.
When you’ve played sports your whole life, man you’ve got stories for days. I have a million stories from little league football up until high school.
Those dudes are versatile. They’re natural. You can tell they were the team comedians. Being funny definitely is a talent. It’s hard as hell to be genuinely funny

not sure how being funny & an athlete is correlated, i personally don’t find either of them funny be it their skits or them acting ‘natural’ in the stuff i’ve seen of them outside of their shtick…that noted, i know a lot of people do think them to be hilarious; i think both guys have a relatable quality for those that enjoy their content, but not sure that outside context they be considered to be ‘naturally funny’
is there a difference/distinction between being funny & being animated/performative?

Kleon been in ATL so far in 24 hittin the comedy show circuit down there, he trying to make his name …I be getting texts a couple times a week bout some show yo on there, been at the 1201 Restaurant heavy I gotta pull up to ATL soon I’ll try to go support if he still got some shows

He fumbled making that corny protest tweet in 2020...lost like 500k followers and never fully bounced back. Druski took off and it was a wrap.
