At least ride it out for the year and have him help players even if you downgrade his responsibilities. Then fire him and pay him out for the rest of the contact.

Very similar to Cincy. Beatable, overall good team. Nothing really flashy about KC IMHO. They'll have Arrowhead in their favor tho.
