You have to make sure you select the "premium asg id " option first off and not the regular id option before you start to customize. Once you get to the "tongue top symbol" scroll down and select "kobe shield" and in the "choose a style" section the color shift option should be there.

this is showing up on nike uk when you enter "kobe" in the search tab and hit enter
 
I like the middle color the best, but I'm unsure if I'd pull the trigger. Reminds me of the Mambacolor iDs, I got caught up in the momentary excitement and then ended up returning them anyway.
