over/under on the days till surgery is announced from Curry's side? Seeing it at 4 days........

shooting off the dribble with 1 minute on the clock is more impressive than being SO close to losing that the ropes are already being brought out ON YOUR HOME COURT to crown the away team... 5 seconds left off a lebron miss, tap pass, scramble back JUST far enough to get your toes behind the line and then launch a 3 in under 2 seconds. but yea... kyrie shot in currys face with a minute to go. just as impressive
 
One of biggest impacts in the series more than the Draymond Green suspension, IMO was the injury to Bogut.

Even though in game 4 LeBron picked up his intensity he was still having trouble getting to the basket with Bogut taking up space and Draymond's excellent help coverage.

All of the sudden in game 5 it was Phi Slama Jama. LeBron played above the rim for the rest the Finals.
Then Kerr made adjustments to the lineup. But then Iggy gets hurt. Now you have problems.
He's their veteran and they needed him like they did last year for his leadership and defensive presence on LeBron.

That combination of Iggy on LeBron with Bogut other paint and Draymond's with the help D had LeBron stifled.

But who on that Miami team is boxing out Tristan Thompson? And Kyrie is cooking Mario Chalmers, Norris Cole and Knees Wade any day of the weak. You're definitely in your prisoner of the moment stage right now, this Cavs team doesn't not match up well with either Miami championship team.

Drayman gonna be a SOB to handle next season within the organization. He should be pissed at everyone for not showing up in game 7, even though he hurt them by missing game 5.

They completely forgot about him in Q4.

The magnitude of the occasion might've been even bigger than last night since it came right after a brick with almost no time left and the series was over if he missed it. That was some Hail Mary type ****

this is very true actually. but you know what this tells me? us with whiteside down low, and bosh on the block means lebron aint getting NOTHING inside next year (bosh please come back

Yup, Bogut has been the biggest piece to their defense over this 2 year run and it's looking like he doesn't have much left.

They turn from an elite defensive team to barely average with him off the floor.

Y'all still need to add another wing.

Whiteside probably ain't coming back if Riley plans on doing what he said he's gonna do and not offer him the max.

Yea but the game and series could have easily still could've been lost after the shot.

They had to play OT and a whole other entire game.


Kyrie's shot won the NBA championship, in Game 7, on the road, against the best regular season team in history, over the defending 2 time MVP, in the same arena that he shattered his kneecap exactly a year ago.

But on the flipside they still could have won without Kyries shot. No Ray shot means they're done.
 
So what does Cleveland and GS do to make improvements in the off season?\

Cleveland needs a better bench obviously. Get rid of Love and Shumpert, a solid backup for Kyrie that can score and play d.


GS needs bodys in the paint to scrap for rebounds. they also need to learn how to play above the rim and drive and finish.
 
Anyone else kinda hoping they're in th Finally Famous manifesto? I'm positive I took shots at Cleveland when Bron left.

doubt it. whiteside said he wants to remain loyal to the team cuz we looked out when nobody else did. riley took whiteside house shopping like 2 months ago down here.
