The Official NBA Season Thread: HO HO HO

Facts. But could’ve at least gotten a senior at one of the HBCUs down there. At least you know she can read
BM's gonna be a practicing realtor by next fall :lol

In all seriousness, hope it's not just a jig. Despite all the jokes/memes, Zion's always come across as a really good kid. Would hate to see him gping through it off the court in the future

I got this idea i would throw around with some friends at work. Yall remember those reversible jerseys? How about for a game you have teams play with their home and away jerseys right? Then every other quarter you have them reverse their jerseys.

But it would still be in that original home team’s court, no?

Or would you have this game be played in a neutral site?

Thank goodness. You’re wild bro

matter of time he gets a tan, fresh cut, and an arm sleave tattoo

Somebody make sure Peep Game Peep Game is ok. Remember, he is the same dude that traveled to Nashville to see Swift.

He ain't got no aura

 Legit laughed

I don't understand this narrative that it's the NBA's job to "sell" Jokic. You can't sell something that doesn't want to be sold. He literally says as little as possible, doesn't share his opinions, and isn't on social media and he plays in a smaller media market. He's not an interesting guy and he doesn't care about the fame.

Him being a boring person has nothing to do with him not being a great player. Tim Duncan wasn't an appealing player but it didn't take away from his greatness.

Kobe, Jordan, LeBron all understand the power of branding and they lean into it, Jokic doesn't care about any of those things so why should we?

 man… what? It’s the NBA’s job to market their best players because the star players are what draw people in. Kobe and LeBron wanting to make their brands into billion dollar corporations has nothing to do with the price of tea in China. It’s good business for the league to market the two time MVP and guy who is in the Finals. The league also marketed Tim Duncan. It’s not that complex. It helps grow the game.

Would love Ja and Jokic to do a remix of this one

Harden basically took a pay cut for nothing. Even worse since he doesn’t have a max deal lined up. Literally just to get embarrassed in the 2nd round depending on that fraud mvp :smh:

Harden should’ve went out like Russ and just opted-in for the $M’s
