That’s a very solid west line up I must say.

It doesn’t work like that. KD and LBJ pick from that pool of 8 from starters so each team will be a mix of East/West barring an anomaly.

You are right but I do not think it is unfair to say that when people think of the NBA they think of more than just one player. I personally do not believe it has to be reduced to a single individual but I respect if you and others do.
