I don't see the purpose of the Clippers playing russ at this point . It's like they're just trotting him out for ceremonial reasons like a parade float or something. He starts the game, couple turnovers, couple bricks, some I've never seen that before moments, an assist or two. Clippers down by like 8. He gets benched, they play better and win. I never saw it with Kidd. Took a couple loaded rosters to the playoffs then when that didn't happen he was given the benefit of doubt coupled with excuses. Cycle repeating in Dallas.

NBA coaches do go through some crazy volatility for the most part though, so it's not really different than the norm, but his coaching appears disjointed and lacks any type of savviness.
