Does anyone else ever look back at the old 90s teams and their rosters and wonder why certain teams gave other teams problems?

I look at those 90s SuperSonics and Rockets teams and they really struggled with the Jazz which speaks to just how good Utah was. Low key Utah was a force almost every year in the 90s.
