Bertans deal is as good as you are going to get to an expiring, so it's not too bad anymore. It was probably the worst of these 3 in all honesty.
It's 17 million this year which OKC didn't really care about using anyway. Next year it will decrease to 5 million unless he appears in 75% of games this season in which case it's fully guaranteed. Obviously, they just won't play him enough games for it to matter.

Can include the Lowry contract (expiring, so gets $ off the books after this year). Portland says they want a different asset instead of Herro, so Miami is looking for a third team to flip Herro for assets that Portland would want.
Miami will trade: Lowry (expiring), Herro, Duncan Robinson (if he has any value), Picks + pick swaps, their first rounder they just picked, and any of those young guys Portland would want (Jovic and Haysmith?).
Main remaining would be: Jimmy, Bam, Dame, Caleb Martin -- Josh Richardson, Kevin love to his 10-20 bench minutes, then they'd fill out rest with veteran minimums similar to Phoenix
Portland: Trade Dame, try to get Rid of Nurkic contract (doesn't fit rebuild, on contract to 2026), get picks young/talent
