When this story broke I thought it would end up being a situation where they were lining up a threesome. Something happened like a fight leading to an accidental death, or an overdose.

They panicked and buried the body.

But the real story is nuts:
-Rodgers (the victim) recently informed to the police on Harnden (the killer's) current boyfriend, regarding another murder
-Harnden is upset by this, so she asks her ex-boyfriend to help her kill Rodgers
-Comanche is down for the murder.
-They try to get another person to help but they decline
-The message openly about planning the murder. If the police got the messages it means those fools weren't even smart enough to use Telegram or something like that
-They pick up ole girl with witnesses around, and their cellphones on and pinging towers.
-They kill ole girl
-Dump the body near where he was staying in Vegas, and played the game
-Don't even bury her in the ground, they just put rocks on top of the body
-Get caught easily, and confess

So this clown Comanche threw his life away because his 19-year-old escorting EX-GIRLFRIEND wanted to get revenge for another dude she was in a relationship with.

This might be some of the dumbest **** I have ever heard. Elite level jackassery.

Giving up Brunson sucked but he alone wasn’t going to make the Mavs take that leap with that front court. Like in reality he was great against Utah and good the other 2 series that last year in Dallas.

I don't know. Don't really blame Cuban or anyone on the Mavs. Brunson was always a good player, but had a bad playoff vs the Clippers in 2021, I believe that stalled extension talks that summer. Him and his dad didn't want to talk about an extension during the next season. Then by the time Brunson cemented himself, the Knicks were already circling the waters. I suppose the Mavs could've offered more by the time free agency arrived, but I think Brunson already had one foot out the door.

Definitely a blow to lose him for nothing though.
