I just read the tiebreak rules. OKC went 3-1 against Denver so they have the best record among teams tied since both split vs the Wolves. Wolves hold tiebreaker over both OKC and Denver, but only if it's 2 teams tied. So 2-way tiebreaker = Wolves. 3-way = OKC.
