At least they’re on a marquee. In LA I pretty commonly see music shows featuring some formerly big acts advertised on Kinko’s quality posters tacked up to phone/electrical poles at freeway on and off-ramps.
Recently have seen one for a show with The Alchemist and Dialated Peoples, among others. I can’t even tell what the venue is

Let's keep this to old head hoopers whose ego won't allow them to show love to the next generation. No need to bring up golden era hip hop and music with actual soul.
