Booth is the walking epitome of "spark when you started, but now you're just garbage". Put the finishing touches (KCP, Bruce Brown) on Connelly's team build and been bad the past two off-seasons. Some of it is out of his control, but part of your job as the GM is to sell ownership on spending.
