I guess, in that case, there should be a tampering safe-harbor when it happens due to entrapment by an NBA broadcast partner.

I actually lived in San Antonio in 2015 when they played (lost to) the clippers. I already knew l was gonna hear it. I pulled up at a sports bar and dudes were tripping. I was the opps then tho, so l had to lay low. Now we Gucci

I still find the fact that players can be accused of tampering stupid. It should be front office and coaches who can’t tamper. Trying to recruit someone as a player should be allowed. It’s virtually unstoppable anyways
