Brown was notorious for never playing rookies too. Not a good coaching staff to handle that many stars in a one game elimination setting.I was watching 2004 games and It’s kinds crazy that the LeBronze name was even a thing considering he was pretty much the last man off the bench

Im not too shocked at Bron not playing. I’m shocked that he caught the LeBronze flack for being the 10th most important player on that team

While a roster stacked with future All-Stars and Hall of Famers, it was young guys from the previous three drafts plus Duncan, Iverson, Marbury, Marion and Odom. No shooters or adept passers besides Bron-Odom. I know guys pulled out last second, but that was a poorly put together roster.

The Serbia game before this really set this one up. A lot of people missed that epic comeback and was determined not to miss another classic. Plus it’s the gold medal game lol. That Serbia game is still the best basketball game live I’ve seen in years
